Everyone is welcome to play on Wednesdays, but you should have a basic understanding of how the game is played, how to pass, and positioning for the safety and enjoyment of all participants.  Let us know your skill level and we will help you along. We don't bite, well... not all of us!

From October through May we play at Mt Royal Rec Center (see map below.) From June though September we play grass at Patterson Park East (see the map below.) We play almost every Wednesday, from 6pm to 9 pm at Mt Royal and from 5:30 pm to dark when we play grass at Patterson Park. It costs $5 per session at Mt. Royal and free at Patterson Park. There are discounts available for college students.

New and revamped Charm City Sunday Play: Power Sundays

Welcome to the revamped Charm City Power Sundays! Our goal is to offer a high level of play and to recruit and retain higher level players. For that, we have set certain requirements to be able to participate on Sundays.  

The criteria to qualify for play on Sundays is as follows:

• Automatic approval if you are NAGVA rated BB or above.
• If you are unrated or rated B and think you qualify (high B level player that can play at the BB/A level), you can request our 5 member evaluating committee to vote to determine if you will be approved to participate. If vote isn’t unanimous you will be granted a trial period to come play for 2 Sundays where committee will evaluate your play and final decision will be made by majority vote.  
• If you are a B level team looking to practice together for an upcoming tournament, you will be allowed to play as long as you bring your full team (6 players min). We appreciate how difficult it is to consistently get 6 players from a regular NAGVA team to come, so for any B captains who makes a good faith effort to bring a team, we are happy to connect them with other B players that are coming, or potentially BB players that agree to play with them for the day.

Online sign up and payment will be required before play.  Link will be posted each week. Cost is $10/player.

We will continue to offer social/open play for everyone on Wednesdays at Mt Royal and Saturdays at Loyola University.
